  • 500g baby brinjal
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 3 teaspoons red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • 3-4 teaspoons of liquid tamarind
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
